Mr. Vineet Kochar – President Operations – Dhaba/QSR Vertical & Business Development.

President of Operations for Dhaba / QSR Vertical & Business Development – Vineet is our in house aggressive + ambitious hero. Always ready for a debate and a good time, he’s been at Dhaba right from day one and after his 2 daughters, it’s his 3rd baby.

RAHUL

A darwinist who reads stoicism, Rahul really isn’t made for running from city to city running a restaurant business. But as a founder at azure he’s loving every minute specially the bit of being responsible for a team of over 2000 and steering this mothership with fun new concepts with high design and a young vibe.

KABIR

“budget” Suri is co founder at Azure and looks into Azure’s finances. An avid golfer and ex-New York banker, Kabir is normally found slightly stressed pacing down the corridors at our office or being locked up for hours with our CFO.

JANTI

The “mama” of Mamagoto Janti is our culinary developer and “chief yeller”. she’s normally seen diving into some cookbook from her library or into the kitchen getting her boys to get it right. Charming and nuts, she’s the queen of Azure hospitality.

Ravi is our Corporate Chef – He’s old school, proud and a no nonsense sort of chap who leads his men. As the Corporate Chef for Azure Hospitality, he enjoys concocting new, exciting and unique recipes on his travels as much as he likes his whisky post sundown.
